Motocross Report - Sheryl has had some phone calls regarding girls/women's class still being probationary for this season. One father in particular was not happy with that. She also had brought to her attention that on Pit Racer the incident from last summer with the 16-24 class and pitbike was being talked about. She thought it had already been resolved and didn't know why they continue to talk about it.

Hare Scramble report - Marie reported that race at Krash went well. Race at AMC went well. It was nice having Mitzi there to do D11 cards the riders really appreciated her being there.

Enduro report - Charlie mentioned upcoming Enduro. Nothing else to report.

Road report - Mary has a meeting with the new road director to iron out some changes they have made that were not favorable.

Newsletter report - Jayne reported that the Jan/Feb Issue of the newletter went out. Need more stories for the next edition. Deadline is Feb. 20

New Business-
Introduction of Mitzi.

Jim had call from Jeff Budd's father (Mike) regarding overall ATV winner, which was an "A" rider. Jim explained no amateur overall at end of year for ATV like bikes. Charlie feels this was an oversight of D11. He made proposal to get overall amateur trophy for Jeff and put in newsletter. Henry 2nd motion. Motion passed 8-1. Last page of rulebook explains rule. Need to make clarification to change rule.

There were also some 80cc riders who were upset because the youth overall went to a 50cc rider. The feel since the 50 rides lest than 1/2 of the track and they ride the whole track that should be given more weight. Change needed? Nothing decided.

Kyle Harris interpretation of the 80% rule is wrong. Jim has communicated with him and hope he understands now. Charlie had Chuck Weir with the same problem.

Tom asked why we no longer give out sportsmanship award at banquet. It was never ended just never received nominations. May have been forgotten by riders.

Tom brought up that Wildwood Lakes and National Enduro is scheduled for May 6. They are less than 50 miles apart. Same with Sept 9. Steve Barber upset by it. What can we do? Force move? AMA won't support us. Jim will call Wildwood and suggest maybe moving to 2 weeks later.

Joe- old business- Since women's class on probation for a second year could we give them certificates at the end of the season because we usually have enough left over. Janet against this as all probationary classes would then expect it.

Janet asked whether Hare Scramble banquet got the money for the banquet ahead of time.
They didn't because things needed to be done so quickly they collected it after the fact.
It was voted and passed that the Hill Climb Committee and Motorcross Committee get the money ahead of time.

Jim brought up problem with the top 14 listing being wrong. Bryan Flowers Jr was on there and shouldn't have been. Mitzi has sent him a letter stating he doesn't have to advance to pro.

Dan feels that the hare scramble D11 cards should be marked with a letter like mx cards.

Jim stated they ran the Quad 13-15 class at the AMC hare scramble and all went well.

Mitzi let everyone know the progress being made on the Online Scoring and commented that she was getting the D11 cards caught up.

Votes passed to appoint: Dirt Track Chairman to Art Pickelheimer and GP Chairman to Henry Swartz.

Janet made motion to adjourn second by Sheryl.
